Naturally, his confidence is down after that start, so pitching at Coors Field may not be what he needs right now. Plus, with Ezequiel Tovar, Ryan McMahon, and Elias Diaz hitting near the top of the lineup, the Rockies have hitters who can spark an early rally.

Royals at Angels YRFI (-105, DraftKings)

This YRFI pick is all about fading the pitchers. For the Angels, Reid Detmers has allowed 16 over his last 17.2 innings across his last three starts. Somehow, he’s managed not to allow any runs in the first inning of those disastrous starts. However, the Royals rank fifth in the majors in first-inning runs after scoring two on Wednesday. They also have the ultimate spark plug in Bobby Witt Jr. hitting second in the order. He always gives them a chance to score early runs, especially against a pitcher who’s been terrible lately.

On the other side, Michael Wacha has had some troubling starts lately. He gave up seven runs on nine hits over 3.2 innings in his last outing, so he needs a confidence boost.
